    罗欣 (Xin "Robert" Luo)，博士，现任美国新墨西哥大学（The University of New Mexico）安德森太阳成集团tyc33455cc校董事会讲席教授(Endowed Regent’s Professor)和管理信息系统的终身正教授(Tenured Full Professor)以及国际项目主任 (Director of International Programs)。罗欣博士目前担任国际期刊International Journal of Accounting and Information Management的主编。同时，他也在全球最顶级的管理信息系统期刊MIS Quarterly的客座副编辑 (Guest Associate Editor)，及担任全球知名期刊Decision Sciences, European Journal of Information Systems, Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research及全球信息系统最高学术年会(International Conference on Information Systems)的副编辑（Associate Editor）以及全球信息系统协会旗舰期刊Journal of Association for Information Systems编委。

    他的科研论文在国际顶级或著名的期刊发表，如Computers & Security, Communications of the ACM, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Information Systems Journal, Information＆ Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems。
